This is a multi site Open label two arm randomised control trial of 652 participants to describe the efficacy of patient navigators for attendance at HCC (Hepatology Carcinoma) surveillance.
Patients with cirrhosis or chronic liver disease will be eligible for HCC surveillance.
A patient navigator will provide scripted phone calls 1 week prior to the appointment and if non-attendance,a follow up phone call.
The study duration would be 3.5 years.
Start dates may differ between countries and research sites. The research team are responsible for keeping the information up-to-date.

• Previous or current diagnosis of HCC • Child Pugh C cirrhosis • Frailty (Clinical Frailty Scale >7) • Previous liver transplant
