This is a survey of your thoughts and attitudes towards sleep habits and memory problems. We are interested in hearing from everyone including,those who have and have not,had experience with sleep and/or memory problems. We would be grateful if you could spare 15 minutes to answer the following questions.
Sleep disturbances have been related to both,physical and mental health illnesses. Our research aims to understand the thoughts and attitudes of people,towards sleep habits and memory problems. Therefore,we would like to ask you some questions about your usual sleep behaviour and knowledge of sleep,in this survey.
Start dates may differ between countries and research sites. The research team are responsible for keeping the information up-to-date.
