Clinical Data evaluation to document the performance and clinical outcomes of the Comprehensive Segmental Revision System.

Intervention Type : DEVICE
Intervention Description : This system consist of a proximal humeral replacement, distal humeral replacement, or total humeral replacement.

Intervention Arm Group : Comprehensive SRS Replacement;
