To Determine if SAbR improves survival over SR in High Risk Operable Stage I NSCLC

Intervention Type : PROCEDURE
Intervention Description : Sublobar Lung Resection

Intervention Arm Group : Arm 1 lung surgery;

Intervention Type : RADIATION
Intervention Description : Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy, 54 Gy in 3 fractions

Intervention Arm Group : Arm 2 radiation therapy;
