1) Identify the coupling brain networks of SA and the differences in the oscillatory signatures between the 3 groups: clinical, subclinical checkers and low scoring controls

2) Influence this oscillatory SA signature by means of TMS and measure behavioural impact

3) Identify the coupling brain networks of WM and the differences in its oscillatory signatures between the 3 groups. Relate these to the differences in the SA signatures.

4) Test which oscillatory WM signature has the strongest impact on behaviour by means of TMS.

Start dates may differ between countries and research sites. The research team are responsible for keeping the information up-to-date.

Contraindications to TMS and EEG psychotropic medications: Participants will be excluded if they have an axis I psychiatric disorder (apart from OCD in the patients), serious head injury, history of neurological disorder, Tourette’s syndrome, substance abuse, epilepsy or MRI/TMS contraindications. Contraindications to TMS, EEG, MEG, there are no contra-indications for MEG as it is completely un-invasive. There are also no contra-indications for EEG apart from possible cases of skin hypersensitivity who might develop an allergic response to the gel ensuring skin-to-electrode conductivity. Patients/Participants will be questioned in this regard before gel application. TMS is not recommended for certain people. Here are the contra-indications: 1) Pacemaker 2) Aneurysm Clip 3) Heart/Vascular Clip 4) Prosthetic Valve 5) Metal Fragments in the head 6) Metal prosthesis 7) Pregnancy 8) Psych-pharmacological agents 9) Personal history of epilepsy MRI contraindications (record for source analysis with MEG). History of CVA, documented head trauma, epilepsy or neurodegenerative disorders. Other DSM axis I psychiatric diagnosis. Alcohol and/or substance misuse. Pregnancy. Cardiac pacemaker. Aneurysm. Illicit drug use.
