Pilot study to assess the feasibility and acceptability of an intervention designed to improve depressive symptoms and reduce the risk of vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes

•They have a terminal illness •They have cognitive impairment or communication difficulties that make them unable to participate in the intervention •They are pregnant, are likely to fall pregnant in the period of the study or are breastfeeding
